Michael began his career first as a Public Accountant in 1981, later joining the New York City Police Department while simultaneously starting his own accounting firm. In 1990 Michael transferred to the City of Rochester Police Department while growing his accounting firm. Michael‘s passion for guiding others to healthy financial futures led him to retire from the RPD in 2004 as a detective to devote his full attention to being a Financial Advisor.
Michael received his BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University in 1981. Today, Michael is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) with his FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, 24, 31, and 65 registrations as well as Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. He also holds a NYS Partnership license for long-term care insurance.
When he’s not in the office, Michael enjoys fishing, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Michael has three daughters and two stepdaughters with his wife, Fran, as well as two grandchildren.
For Mariah, financial planning has always been a family affair. Since watching her dad, Michael, develop this side of his business and seeing his passion for helping others, Mariah has always known her future was in becoming an advocate for others.
Working as registered representative alongside her father today, Mariah gets to fulfill that dream while sharing in their joy of reaching retirement, buying a home or preparing a legacy. She knows that having the opportunity to share in the happiness of their clients is a humbling and rewarding experience.
Mariah graduated from Jacksonville University in 2017 with a BBA in Accounting and Finance. During her time there, she played on their Division I Women’s Lacrosse team, where they won three ASUN conference championships and had three NCAA appearances.
Mariah currently has her FINRA Series 66, 7, and 24 registrations as well as her Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
In her freetime, Mariah enjoys an active lifestyle including exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kaitlyn has been one of Cudlipp Financial Services, Inc.’s Assistants since July 2022. In this role, Kaitlyn works closely with our advisors, Michael Cudlipp and Mariah Cudlipp, to ensure the needs of clients are met and fulfilled to the highest standard. She aids in reviews for current clients, document management, and other duties that contribute to an efficient and organized office.
Kaitlyn has a true passion for helping others, she has worked in financial services since 2016 and has gained extraordinary insight over the years. Kaitlyn enjoys working with clients as they pursue their goals before, during, and after retirement.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys many outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, fishing, and walking her dogs (Luna & Gunner). In the colder months, you may find her crafting, playing video games, reading, and cooking. Kaitlyn is a Rochester native currently residing in Honeoye Falls with her husband, Austin.
Terianne joined our team October 2022. She comes to the firm with a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background. Terianne spearheads our marketing, manages the onboarding of new clients, and aids in daily operations.
Formerly, Terianne was a high school special education teacher, CrossFit coach, and financial advisor. Her passion for teaching personal finances and economics led her to the financial service industry where she thrives on watching clients build and retain their financial security.
Terianne holds a master’s degree in Education alongside her FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63. Additionally, she holds her CrossFit Level 2 and Life, Accident, and Health certifications.
Outside of work, Terianne enjoys spending time with her boys, Owen and Max. Her hobbies include CrossFit, gardening, reading The Wall Street Journal and managing her online Etsy business, Button+Collar.
